IST does staff augmentation in multiple domains as mentioned below through various mechanisms to meet the customer specific requirements. Our engineers at customer site work either under customer's guidance or take complete responsibility and accountability to execute projects and provide solutions. We also offer offshore development center (ODC) where we assign our resources including engineers, software and systems dedicated to the specific customer.

With over 19 years of expertise in this domain, we are always ready with 1D simulation engineers in GT-SUITE software with high level of competency and skills in various sub-systems such as EV & HEV drivetrain, EV & HEV thermal management, engine performance, HVAC, lubrication, plant model (FRM & MVEM) build for RT, etc.
